Getting Started
I just signed up. Why don’t I have a password?
When you first join the Teach Beside Me Membership, you aren’t asked to create a password during checkout.
Instead, after purchasing your membership:
- Go to the login page.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address you used to purchase your membership.
- Check your email for a password reset link.
- Create your password and log in.
Once you’ve done this the first time, you’ll simply log in with your email address and password going forward.
Logging In
I forgot my password.
Click Forgot Password on the login page and enter the email address associated with your membership. You’ll receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
Downloading Printables
Where do I find the library?
Click on the Member Dashboard tab in the menu and it will take you to a category grid. Each image links to that category which includes all of the printables.
I can’t find the printable I’m looking for.
The membership library is still growing, and I know it isn’t always easy to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Here are a few ways to search:
- Each printable is organized by category. Sometimes it is in multiple categories.
- Use the search bar on each page above the grid.
If you’re still unable to find it, send me the name of the printable and I’ll point you in the right direction. Sometimes I may have forgotten to add it. With as many as I have, that happens!
How do I download a file?
Each image in a grid is linked directly to the file. When you click it the file will open. To save, it you just need to export that file to your computer.
Membership & Billing
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time.
- Log into your account.
- Go to the Account tab in the menu.
- Click on Subscriptions.
- Click Cancel under the Actions column.
- Confirm your cancellation.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
How do I update my payment information?
Log into your account and visit the Account tab on the menu. Click on the Subscriptions section to update your payment method.
How do I update my email?
Log into your account and visit the Account section to update your email.
